About the Role:

As a Customer Support Associate at Aldoa, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience with our platform. This is not just about answering questions—it’s about being a trusted partner to our customers, helping them unlock the full potential of our software. You’ll serve as the first point of contact, solving problems, sharing insights, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll have the chance to contribute to process improvements, create impactful resources, and shape the future of how we engage with our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Provide courteous, prompt, and practical support through email, phone, and video calls.
  • Resource Creation: Contribute to creating and updating product documentation and guides that empower customers to find answers independently.
  • Engagement & Outreach: Help plan and execute regular check-ins, product updates, and announcements to keep customers informed and engaged.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with new customer onboarding, including data preparation and helping to develop internal tools that streamline and scale this process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Look for patterns in customer questions and feedback, and suggest ways to improve our product, resources, and processes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in either a technical or customer-facing role.
  • An enthusiasm for working with people, listening to their challenges, and finding ways to help.
  • Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new software tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, allowing you to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and collaborate across departments.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving, thinking beyond standard solutions when needed.
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern time zone hours.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting salary in the range of $50,000 to $70,000
  • Long-term incentive in the form of a new hire equity grant
