About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives at the intersection of product thinking and technical execution. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the architecture, scalability, and product experience of the Aldoa platform. This is not a ticket-driven role — we value engineers who think in systems, challenge assumptions, and translate real customer workflows into thoughtful software.

You should bring strong technical judgment, a high bar for quality, and a bias toward shipping.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features across our web and mobile applications
• Make and influence architectural decisions that shape the long-term direction of the platform
• Partner closely with product and design to translate complex engineering workflows into intuitive user experiences
• Own features end-to-end, from technical design through deployment and iteration
• Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of our multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure
• Contribute to code reviews, technical standards, and engineering best practices
• Mentor other engineers and elevate the technical bar of the team

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production grade web applications
• Strong experience with full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript systems
• Experience designing and evolving application architecture in growing systems
• Demonstrated ownership of major features or product areas
• Clear and thoughtful communicator (written and verbal)
• Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, fast-moving environment
• Pragmatic and understanding when to build for scale and when to ship quickly

Nice to Have:

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS systems
• Experience working with AWS infrastructure
• Experience in workflow-heavy or compliance-driven software domains
• Experience mentoring or leading projects
