About Aldoa

Aldoa is a modern software company on a mission to revolutionize the engineering industry. Our platform helps engineers & technicians manage their end-to-end workflow: from dispatching and collecting data on the job site to generating technical reports back at the office. As a small but rapidly growing team, we’re committed to fostering a supportive work environment where everyone’s contributions are valued and you have a clear path for career progression.

About the Role

As a Technical Implementation Specialist at Aldoa, you'll play a vital role in translating industry documents into the working logic of our platform. This is a back-end, implementation-focused position — you won't be fielding customer emails or support tickets. Instead, you'll take industry-specific documents containing calculations, formulas, and specialized fields, and build them out as functional configurations within the Aldoa platform. You'll work closely with the onboarding and implementation teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately and reliably translated into the product's underlying business logic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Analysis & Data Translation: Interpret industry-specific documents, including those with complex calculations, formulas, and specialized field structures, and translate their logic accurately into the Aldoa platform.
  • Technical Implementation: Design and build complex forms, workflows, and configurations directly in the platform based on customer and industry requirements. You'll be translating business logic into working software, not just filling out templates.
  • Quality & Accuracy Review: Test and validate configurations to ensure calculations and logic behave correctly once implemented, catching discrepancies before they reach the customer.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or implementation role.
  • Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new software tools, including AI.
  • Experience building and testing excel functions, SQL queries, or similar languages
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, allowing you to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and collaborate across departments.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving, thinking beyond standard solutions when needed.
  • An enthusiasm for working with people, listening to their challenges, and finding ways to help.
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern time zone hours.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary in the range of $60,000 to $80,000
  • Long-term incentive in the form of a new hire equity grant
  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental plans
  • Flexible time off policy
