Position Title: Sustainability Consultant (Global Market Support)

Role Description:
・As a Sustainability Consultant, you will be responsible for client relationships of Asuene across the Asia Pacific, as well as the other regions.
・Onboard to and navigate clients through carbon accounting and product carbon footprinting, using Asuene platform, and support clients on sustainability reporting, based on the scope of services defined by the company.
・Help to build an internal guideline & framework of APAC consultation process (onboarding, action items, ppt materials, etc.)
・Plan and engage in webinars, seminars, exhibitions, and other events for the company’s business expansion; webinar speaker role would also be your assignment occasionally.
・Contribute to SaaS product improvement, such as data clean-up, UI update recommendations, and emission factors database update.
・Support the company’s business development work to some extent, leveraging the employee’s existing business network across the region.
・Be self-driven and cross-functionally collaborate with colleagues in different office locations, sometimes beyond your job scope.
・This role includes potential requirements of adjusting working hours based on client's time zones from different countries or regions across the world. In such a case, working locations could also be discussed and negotiated with the company.
・Support for the US office operations may be required as part of our global collaboration efforts.
Qualification:
・3-5 years of relevant experience: Experience in areas such as GHG or ESG consulting, corporate sustainability office or related fields.
・Learning Mindset: Eagerness to keep learning about and adapting to changing regulations, climate tech, decarbonization, and customer success.
・Sense of Ownership: Ability to multitask and adapt to ambiguity and a fast-paced startup environment with a strong sense of ownership
・Strong Communication Skills: Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken) to communicate effectively, including with US or EU clients and international team members. Ability to lead client's sustainability strategies through advisory and guidance by spoken and written communications. Chinese proficiency is a plus.
