Core Responsibilities focused on your Mission:
● Cost & Consumption Mitigation: Deploy AI models to simulate energy
usage patterns, identifying immediate opportunities to reduce consumption
and offset rising utility prices.
● Real-Time Optimization: Move beyond "averages" by tracking carbon and
energy data at the hourly level (24/7) to ensure precise operational
adjustments.
● Data-Driven Strategy: Transform complex energy data into actionable
insights, helping clients achieve Net Zero while protecting their bottom line
from market volatility.

Compensation
● Total Cash Compensation (TCC) ranging from $160,000 to $280,000, comprising a base salary and a performance-driven bonus structure.
● Specific bonus terms are negotiable and will be discussed during the interview.
Role Description
● We are seeking a full-time Sales Director / Manager based in Torrance, CA. You will be responsible for managing and expanding client accounts, delivering sales presentations and proposals, creating and executing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer success. In particular, as we are currently expanding in the market, acquiring new customers is a major mission. This role also involves working closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM systems
● Gather and share feedback, opinions, and requests from clients to shape product/service strategies
● Contribute to team development and growth
● Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge
● Build trusted relationships with clients and third-party sales partners
Qualifications
● Proven B2B sales experience (preferably SaaS), with a focus on enterprise clients in the manufacturing sector
● "Proven ability to engage with C-suite executives while maintaining strong
closing capabilities across both enterprise and SME segments."
● Strategic planning and execution skills
● Proactive sales approach, including outbound outreach
● Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and team-driven mindset
● Resilient and hardworking attitude
● Experience with KPI management and performance reporting (daily, weekly,
monthly)
● Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
● Prior experience in or strong interest in working at fast-moving startups
● Background in energy or manufacturing sectors is a plus
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
