Role Description:

  • As a Customer Success Associate, you will support the client relationships of Asuene under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist clients in onboarding to and navigating through carbon accounting and product carbon footprinting using the Asuene platform, and support them on sustainability reporting based on defined service scopes.
  • Contribute to building and refining internal guidelines, consultation frameworks, onboarding processes, and presentation materials.
  • Plan and engage in webinars, seminars, exhibitions, and other events for business expansion; support webinar operations and occasionally participate as a co-speaker.
  • Contribute to SaaS product improvement, such as data clean-up, UI update recommendations, and emission factors database updates.
  • Be self-driven, eager to learn, and cross-functionally collaborate with colleagues in different office locations.
  • This role includes potential requirements of adjusting working hours based on clients' time zones from different countries or regions across the world (working locations can be discussed and negotiated with the company).

Location: Malaysia (Hybrid: Combination of office and remote work. The scope includes cross-regional support for both US and APAC markets)

Qualification:

  • Experience & Education: New graduates (Bachelor's/Master's degree) or early-career professionals with 0–2 years of working experience. (Experience or strong interest in ESG, environmental science, business, or client-facing roles is a plus).
  • Learner's Mindset (Crucial): High teachability and an eagerness to proactively learn about and adapt to changing regulations, climate tech, decarbonization, and customer success methodologies.
  • Adaptability & Ownership: Ability to multitask, adapt to a fast-paced startup environment, and take ownership of assigned tasks with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with international team members and global clients. Ability to deliver clear, structured, and professional communication.
  • Tech-Savvy Mindset (Big Plus): Familiarity or experience with data science principles and a strong ability to utilize modern AI tools, bringing efficiency and tech-driven insights to the team.
