Position Overview:

Bowery Valuation is looking for a full-time Recruiter to help us grow thoughtfully and intentionally. This role is all about relationships—building them, nurturing them, and helping the right people find their place here. You’ll manage the full recruiting process across departments, functions, and experience levels, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and guiding candidates through each step with care. You’ll be an integral member of the People team, contributing ideas, shaping our recruiting approach, and helping new teammates get started smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and managing candidate communications
  • Build a strong understanding of how each department operates, especially how the appraisal team’s work shapes the roles you’re hiring for
  • Keep ATS organized and ensure candidates move smoothly through each stage
  • Identify and connect with strong candidates through proactive outreach and thoughtful sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, universities, and professional organizations
  • Represent Bowery at industry events and strengthen our reputation as a great place to work
  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs, align on expectations, and create consistent, inclusive hiring experiences
  • Support data tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics and hiring outcomes with the Director of People
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to help us keep improving how we recruit, communicate, and build relationships with candidates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or growing environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Adobe, Microsoft Office, CRMs, and other organizational tools
  • Comfortable using Rippling or similar ATS platforms
  • Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges with innovative solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to completing tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in helping people succeed
  • Ability to manage multiple searches at once and adapt quickly when priorities shift
  • Curiosity about real estate, technology, or data-driven work is a plus
