We're looking for a talented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at BuildOps, a well-funded, high-growth startup transforming the construction industry with our innovative platform. This is the perfect role for a highly motivated individual who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution. In this exciting full-time role, you'll be the architect of marketing efficiency through tactical management of marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline campaign execution, facilitate a smooth handoff of leads from marketing to sales, and track performance.

While this role offers flexibility, it requires 3 days per week in our Los Angeles office. 100% Remote/WFH is not an option for this position.

What you'll do:

  • Become a Marketing Tech Master: Leverage your expertise in marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and build robust attribution models.
    • Support all technical aspects of end-to-end lead routing and optimize workflows.
    • Own marketing database, advising on segmentation and applying best practices for data governance.
  • Process Pro: Improve the rigor of our marketing infrastructure by identifying gaps in tracking and technology, ensuring data hygiene, and streamlining workflows across teams.
  • Find the Revenue: Ensure accurate campaign attribution and execute technical workflows to improve insights into marketing sources and influenced deals.
  • Collaboration is Key: Work closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales Development teams to ensure smooth lead handoff.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging marketing operations trends and technologies to ensure our strategies are future-proof.

You're a perfect fit if you have:

  • 3-5 years of marketing operations experience, preferably for a SaaS business, demonstrating a passion for automation and a proven track record of success.
  • Proficient with B2B MarTech ecosystem, including but not limited to marketing automation, CRM, lead routing, sales engagement, and ABM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
  • A solution-oriented, analytical mindset that gravitates towards tackling challenges with a "why" mentality.
  • A growth mindset demonstrated through continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve.
