DNK is headquartered in Seoul and currently operates and manages more than 17,000 units. We are growing steadily, having raised more than 40 billion won from well-known domestic and foreign investors such as Silicon Valley VC NFX, South Korea's Woori Venture Partners, Hana Financial Group, and MetaProp, a well-known proptech startup in New York. We are focusing on Japan as the largest market in Asia and expanding into the Japanese market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the CEO of DNK Japan, lead the sales team, overseeing the execution of the overall sales strategy.
- Network extensively within the industry to open doors for high-value key accounts.
- Take direct responsibility for winning or helping to win high-importance accounts, providing hands-on support to Account Executives when necessary.
- Set performance targets for individual contributors in Account Executive and Sales Operations Manager roles, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to ensure that branding and lead generation efforts support sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, ARPU growth, and account retention, continuously refining strategy based on insights.
- Drive expansion initiatives and identify opportunities for new markets or customer segments.
Skills & Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, technology, real estate, or other relevant fields.
- Strong track record in sales leadership and key account management, with proven networking abilities.
- Experience in driving strategic partnerships and securing high-value clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to open doors and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and sales performance optimization.
