SDR at Handoff
Establish and lead Handoff’s Buenos Aires sales team by creating a pipeline of local talent and coaching them into high-performing sales representatives. Develop scalable recruitment, training, and mentorship systems while actively contributing to the creation and execution of sales playbooks. Leverage prior experience scaling and managing sales teams for US-based technology companies, combined with a deep, product-minded approach to become an expert in Handoff’s offering. Be present in the office to provide real-time coaching and mentorship, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. What you'll do
Demonstrate expertise and comprehensive understanding of our product, it’s features, and it’s core value proposition.
Leverage your product knowledge to drive user engagement, activation, and conversion from the Trial period into subscribers.
Guide Users through specific actions and features within the product that are correlated with conversion success (Activation).
Provide personalized support and guidance to help Users maximize the value they derive from the product during the trial period.
Actively monitor user progress and intervene when necessary to address barriers to Activation.
Conduct quick and compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of individual Users.
Facilitate subscription starts by guiding Users through the payment process over the phone or through online channels.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
About You
Ability to clearly explain product features, use cases, and benefits to individuals with non-technical backgrounds.
Deep familiarity with Sales tech stacks - CRM (Hubspot), VoIP, Product Analytics tooling, etc.
Experience in addressing basic objections and frequently asked questions effectively and professionally.
Proven ability to craft concise and persuasive messages and quickly establish rapport with prospects based in the US.
Strong initiative and a clear desire to learn and develop into an Account Executive role through proactive learning and consistent execution.
Comfort navigating change, ambiguity, and shifting priorities within a dynamic environment.
Willingness to contribute to the development of sales playbooks and systems from the ground up.
Fluent and professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
