About the role

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Part-Time Talent Acquisition Partner (15-20 hours per a week) to support high-priority recruiting. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering efficient, process-driven hiring experiences across various teams and functions.

You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, from intake and sourcing through offer and close. You'll be a critical partner to hiring managers, helping to shape recruiting strategies, drive candidate pipelines, and ensure a high-quality, high-touch experience for all stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Own and execute the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across all departments (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on search strategies, and calibrate on candidate profiles
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates using various channels and tools
  • Facilitate an efficient interview process by coordinating logistics, guiding hiring teams, and keeping candidates engaged
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Rippling (our ATS)
  • Ensure a seamless and structured experience for candidates and interviewers, with a strong focus on communication and feedback loops
  • Help refine and improve recruiting processes, documentation, and operational workflows

What you bring

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment
  • Proven ability to recruit for a broad range of roles and functions
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, scheduling software)
  • A strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • A focus on efficiency and thoughtful prioritization
  • Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
