AI Underwriting Copilot For Commercial Real Estate Investors.

Nophin is hiring a senior software engineer with experience building AI applications. This is a 3 month in-person contract position with the possibility of extending.

Nophin helps commercial real estate investors make sophisticated underwriting decisions and eliminate repetitive and manual data entry. We’re supercharging CRE underwriting with an AI Copilot.

As a full stack software engineer, the candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Nophin's web applications. The candidate should have a strong understanding of modern web development frameworks and be able to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

In addition, the candidate should be familiar with Node, React, NextJs, and have experience building AI applications like copilots. The candidate should also have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other members of the team.

The ideal candidate should have an interest in large language models and be willing to learn on the job. If you are a jack of all trades who learns fast and is excited to build products where the roadmap changes quickly, this might be the ideal job for you.

What We Are Looking For

• Experienced full stack software engineer
• Experience working with any of Anthropic, OpenAI, LangChain
• Interest in ML and AI
• Experience deploying to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Ability to lead a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Deep curiosity and passion for solving customer problems
• Ability to think through complex system challenges that span bits and atoms
• Experience working with Node and typescript
