Senior Marketing Manager, Regional Marketing
The Marketing Department at PadSplit is in search of a Senior Marketing Manager proficient in performance marketing. We seek a fast, resourceful individual who is eager to learn and can execute fearlessly. The successful candidate will understand the market landscape and local nuances in each PadSplit market to inform ROI-driven local marketing strategies by collaborating with market managers (GMs).
About PadSplit
PadSplit is working to create the future of housing. There’s a severe housing shortage in North America (not to mention the world) and local government regulations make creating new inventory an intensive and expensive process. PadSplit started from the insight that the square footage to house everyone already exists in the current built environment. Through converting single family homes to have more bedrooms and allowing hosts to rent their homes by the room, housing is created for everyone who needs it while the property owner generates more income. We are North America’s largest rent-by-the room operator and our technology enables people to rent-by-the-room, easily make payments and homeowners to manage their homes.
Drive all regional demand side marketing efforts for PadSplit.
Collaborate with on-site market managers (GMs) to build detailed market launch campaigns.
Execute performance marketing, guerilla, and outdoor campaigns.
Analyze performance metrics and reports to assess ROI on marketing campaigns, and suggest creative solutions for markets that are not meeting expectations.
Dive deep into conversion funnels of each markets to identify opportunities and risks and triage with member sales / support teams.
Triage market research with content and GMs teams to coordinate and test rapidly.
Accelerate the testing of traditional marketing methods/channels such as brochures, flyers, posters, postcards, direct mail, ad boards, microsites, social media, and local radio / TV, local PR.
Assist the marketing team and GMs in building online coverage on social groups and social marketplaces for new markets and properties.
Serve as a subject matter expert to apply market-level nuances to performance marketing practices.
Understand the market landscape, including technology and pricing trends, the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, to better inform marketing strategies.
Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset: A keen aptitude for data analysis is essential, enabling you to drive insights and make informed decisions.
Proven Expertise in Performance Marketing: Bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in various aspects of performance marketing, including SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Execution-Focused: We need someone who can not only strategize but also rapidly implement and test those strategies.
Master Planner: Possess the skills to develop strategic, efficient, and impactful plans. Your expertise will add value to our innovative approach and ensure the smooth completion of projects.
Intellectual Curiosity: We value curiosity and a relentless desire for continuous learning. You should be excited about exploring new concepts and perspectives.
Regional Marketing Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in regional or localized marketing.
Communication Excellence: You should be adept at both written and verbal communication and capable of presenting complex strategies to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
