We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Field Manager to join our dynamic team. The primary role of the Technical Field Manager is to ensure effective integration of our PaintJet robots throughout our field operations. Your efforts will be vital as we scale operations to keep up with our rapid growth.
The Impact You'll Make in This Role:
The Technical Field Manager is internally and externally a highly visible role responsible for helping PaintJet become an exponentially scalable organization. In this position, you will have a direct impact on the company’s ability to drive innovation throughout the construction space.
As PaintJet’s Technical Field Manager, you will:
- Manage the end-to-end deployment process of robotic painting systems for large-scale industrial applications, including warehouses, storage tanks, and marine vessels.
- Work closely with technical teams, field personnel, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and operation of our robotic solutions in large-scale industrial settings.
- Collaborate with field personnel to ensure our robotic systems fulfill their needs
- Develop and execute deployment plans, ensuring timely and efficient implementation of robotic systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, software development, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of product development
- Conduct site assessments and prepare the environment for robotic system installation.
- Oversee the setup, calibration, and testing of robotic systems to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Provide training and support on the operation and maintenance of robotic systems
- Monitor deployed systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary improvements.

Education & Work Related Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in deploying and managing robotic systems in industrial settings.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical proficiency in robotic systems, including programming, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to industrial automation and robotic systems.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed

Target Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
Work Hours: This position requires the incumbent to be available during core business hours for Taiwan
Work Location: Remote
Travel Requirements: Travel within the U.S. and internationally (50%)
