As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Account Executive to play a pivotal role in driving our go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our furniture retail visualization product. Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Account Executive to work directly with our CEO to develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our furniture retail visualization product. This role blends sales, marketing, and strategic thinking to drive revenue growth and market adoption. You will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, executing outreach campaigns, conducting product demos, and developing creative ways to engage and convert potential customers.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong grasp of B2B sales, digital marketing, and SaaS go-to-market strategies. They should be comfortable working closely with senior leadership, iterating on messaging and positioning, and taking a hands-on approach to driving adoption in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy & Sales Execution

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and refine the GTM strategy for our AI-powered furniture visualization tool.
  • Identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs), key decision-makers, and sales channels to optimize outreach.
  • Conduct high-touch outreach to potential customers, including furniture retailers, real estate platforms, and interior designers.
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to close, ensuring a seamless handoff to the customer success team.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, iterating on the strategy to optimize conversion rates.

Lead Generation & Client Engagement

  • Source, qualify, and nurture leads, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential customers.
  • Conduct compelling product demos, articulating the value of our AI-driven visualization platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their needs and positioning Palazzo.ai as the best solution.

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Develop and execute email automation campaigns to drive engagement and retention (experience with tools like Dripify is a plus).
  • Manage weekly social media content and engagement across platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape, providing insights and suggestions for strategic improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team (or agencies) on content, case studies, and campaign initiatives to support sales efforts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in SaaS, tech, or e-commerce.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for digital products.
  • Strong CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and familiarity with email automation tools (Dripify a plus).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to conduct engaging product demos.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media and email automation.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and wearing multiple hats.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
