Success means Palazzo proves that shoppable real estate listings create measurable value for brokers, brands, and buyers — laying the groundwork for a scalable marketplace.
What You'll Accomplish
In the first 6-12 months you'll:
1. Generate $250K+ GMV through shoppable listings.
2. Deliver 3–5 case studies with measurable engagement and sales lift.
3. Achieve >2.5% CTR and >0.25% purchase rate from shoppable listings.
4. Build repeatable co-marketing framework with brokers and retailers.
5. Produce data-backed insights to inform full marketplace roadmap.

- Growth Experimentation: Designs small-scale tests, interprets analytics, and scales what works.

- Operational Execution: Delivers assets, launches, and reports on time, with clear ROI.
Who You Are
- 6–10+ years of experience in creative growth, product marketing, or experiential campaigns, ideally in real estate, home design, or e-commerce.
- Builder mindset — thrives in ambiguity and speed.

- Collaborative — comfortable operating across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Scrappy but polished — can produce agency-level quality with startup efficiency.
