About the Role

As the BDR, you will play a crucial role in achieving Pine’s objectives. You will help maximize the conversion of applications for Pine mortgages by connecting with potential customers, helping them through the process, qualifying them for a mortgage, and eventually relaying them to one of our advisors.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients following predefined cadences to help them complete their applications and connect with a Pine mortgage advisor
  • Educate clients on the Pine mission and what makes our experience different from anything in the market
  • Gather key customer information to understand and document customer needs to eventually qualify them for mortgages
  • Seamlessly transition qualified clients to Pine advisors

We’re excited about you because of your…

  • Previous sales and customer service experience; preferably in a call center environment
  • You have a strong track record of providing exceptional service to customers
  • Strong verbal communications skills that you demonstrate with an energetic and professional style of speaking
  • Self-motivated, drive to succeed and desire to win
  • Open to being coached and receiving real time feedback on a regular basis
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility in varying shifts/work hours
  • Nice to have: Awareness of the Canadian Mortgage Industry and FinTech space
