About the Role
As the BDR, you will play a crucial role in achieving Pine’s objectives. You will help maximize the conversion of applications for Pine mortgages by connecting with potential customers, helping them through the process, qualifying them for a mortgage, and eventually relaying them to one of our advisors.

- Proactively reach out to potential clients following predefined cadences to help them complete their applications and connect with a Pine mortgage advisor
- Educate clients on the Pine mission and what makes our experience different from anything in the market
- Gather key customer information to understand and document customer needs to eventually qualify them for mortgages
- Seamlessly transition qualified clients to Pine advisors
We’re excited about you because of your…
- Previous sales and customer service experience; preferably in a call center environment
- You have a strong track record of providing exceptional service to customers
- Strong verbal communications skills that you demonstrate with an energetic and professional style of speaking
- Self-motivated, drive to succeed and desire to win
- Open to being coached and receiving real time feedback on a regular basis
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility in varying shifts/work hours
- Nice to have: Awareness of the Canadian Mortgage Industry and FinTech space
