The Role

We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to design and execute customer engagement strategies that maximize retention, nurture relationships, and drive customer lifetime value. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is obsessed with personalization, and loves using data to create meaningful, timely interactions across the customer journey.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and own Pine's customer lifecycle marketing strategy from onboarding through retention and re-engagement.
  • Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app) to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Create segmentation strategies based on customer behaviors, preferences, and lifecycle stage.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Partnerships teams to align messaging with key business goals.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on KPIs such as retention rates, engagement, and LTV.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to scale personalized communications.
  • Stay current on best practices in lifecycle, CRM, and retention marketing.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or email marketing (B2C experience preferred).
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audience segments.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
  • Data driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Mixpanel).
  • Solid understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and personalization tactics.
  • Proven experience running A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment - adaptable, proactive, and hands-on.
  • Bonus: Experience in FinTech, PropTech, or real estate industries.
