We are a high-growth company offering automated accounting services to SMB and enterprise customers in the real estate sector. As we scale, we're looking for an experienced, data-driven Sr. Director Sales to build a repeatable, scalable process, and grow our revenue to new heights.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Sales with a proven track record in outbound sales strategies. You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing sales team, with the goal of driving $2.5M per month in new ARR through targeted cold calling, cold emailing, and other outbound activities.
This role requires someone who is both highly analytical and empathetic, capable of leading a team while fine-tuning processes through data insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build a high-performing outbound sales team, creating a culture of accountability and growth. Implement rigorous onboarding and training processes to ensure new reps ramp efficiently
Outbound Sales Strategy:
- Execute a comprehensive outbound strategy focused on cold calling, cold emailing, and other direct outreach efforts
Data-Driven Sales Operations:
- Implement scalable sales processes supported by data. Set up key metrics and KPIs to track performance across the sales funnel, from lead generation to closed deals.
Revenue Growth:
- Drive aggressive revenue targets, scaling outbound sales efforts to achieve $2.5M in monthly recurring revenue by the end of 2025. Ensure predictable revenue models and high productivity ramp-up for new hires.
Collaboration Across Teams:
- Partner with finance and operations to set quotas and align sales efforts with company goals.
Qualifications:
Proven Outbound Sales Experience:
- 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 4 years in a high-growth startup environment. A track record of scaling outbound sales to generate at least $2M ARR per month in revenue is essential
Data-Driven Mindset:
- Deep understanding of sales metrics (CAC, MRR, LTV, churn) and a strong ability to use data to drive strategy and optimize processes. Experience with CRM and data analytics tools is required.
Leadership and Team Building:
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop a high-performing outbound sales team. You should be able to foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture with a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong Communication and Empathy:
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. You should combine analytical skills with empathy to lead and inspire your team and build strong cross-functional relationships.
