Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year

Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and interpersonal skills
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License (Required)
- Ability to successfully and creatively problem solve and negotiate solutions
- Experience with Salesforce and Applied Systems agency management system preferred but not required
- Positive thinker, comfortable with fast paced environment
- Strong Knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products
- Ability to work in a team environment and train others as necessary
Responsibilities:
- Providing amazing customer service for Property and Casualty Insurance customers Completing all customer service requests including claims, endorsements, payments, and ID cards
- Managing and completing renewals
- Providing quotes for prospects
- Assisting Producers and Account Managers to respond to service needs of customers
- Fostering strong and lasting relationships with Customers, Producers and Account Managers
- Participating in scheduled team and office meetings
- Providing Account Management backup
- Maintaining working knowledge of carrier products and processes
- Performing other functions as required
