Our members operate across a wide range of industries, including Fashion & Apparel, Health & Beauty, and Electronics. Join us and play a key role in supporting local businesses during their holiday rush.

We're looking for Seasonal Member Specialists (In Carrolton and Farmers Branch) to join our team and support operations during the peak season. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure the facility runs smoothly, assist members with logistical tasks, and contribute to our vibrant Saltbox community. Whether it’s processing shipments or keeping the workspace in tip-top shape, you’ll be part of an energetic team that helps small businesses thrive. If you love staying active and supporting others, this could be a great fit!

What You’ll Do

• Assist with receiving, organizing, and placing inventory items for members.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to keep members on track.
• Monitor the delivery dock and assist with unloading trucks as needed.
• Ensure common areas (warehouse, kitchen, office) are clean, organized, and fully operational.
• Collaborate with members on a variety of tasks and projects, adapting to their needs and schedules.

What You Bring

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow specific member requests with care.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment during the busy season.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds (with reasonable accommodation).
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management is a plus, but not required.
• Enthusiasm for supporting small businesses and getting involved in hands-on work.

Job Details

Schedule: Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Position Available: Full Time Hours

Season Duration: This role is seasonal and will run until December 20th.

Location: We have openings at our Farmers Branch and Carrolton locations
