What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Product Manager with a focus on User Experience to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our development, design, and marketing teams to ensure our product's excellence and its alignment with our users' needs and expectations. The position is a full time salary position based remotely with occasional travel to our Portland, Oregon location at 921 SW Washington St.

Salary for this position is: $110,000 - $130,000

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and everyday execution of product features that optimize the user experience.

• Drive product development from conception to launch, working alongside software engineers, designers, and stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into product requirements, balancing the needs of our customers and our company.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the product provides an outstanding user experience and aligns with our overall product vision.

• Conduct market and user research to identify trends, validate product ideas, and improve existing features.

• Communicate product updates and gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders.

• Regularly review and prioritize the product backlog for sprint planning.

• Use data-driven decision-making to prioritize features, enhancements, and optimizations.

• Define and track key metrics for product success, adjusting strategy as needed based on those metrics.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, UX Design, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a startup or technology company.

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

• Strong understanding of UX principles and a passion for great user experiences.

• Experience in the design and construction industry is highly preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

• Proficient in agile project management tools and methodologies.

• Bonus: - Experience with construction or architectural software.

• Bonus: previous experience in, or pursuing a degree in, the commercial architecture/design/construction industry
