We power subscription and membership programs that deepen relationships with loyal customers and give independent merchants (who we refer to and treat as “partners”) more predictable, resilient income streams.‍Why this role matters nowAs Table22 scales, helping existing merchant partners grow successfully over time is one of our biggest opportunities and responsibilities.In our B2B2C motion, we partner with merchants and then help them activate a consumer demand baseMerchants grow when consumers discover, trust, join, and stay engagedConsumers convert when offerings are clear, compelling, and well-supportedGrowth must work within real operational and fulfillment constraintsToday, the levers that drive partner growth span many surfaces — storefront, checkout, lifecycle communication, partner-branded marketing, cross-sell, and merchant tooling. This role exists to bring ownership, focus, and systems thinking to those efforts, turning fragmented initiatives into scalable, product-driven growth that benefits both our partners and the platform.‍What we’re looking forWe’re looking for a senior product leader who can take ownership of consumer growth as a product and systems problem.You are someone who:Has owned meaningful growth or revenue outcomesThinks holistically about funnels, flywheels, and compounding impactIs comfortable making hard prioritization calls under ambiguityCan balance consumer experience, merchant needs, and operational realitiesIs curious about how AI can unlock leverage in product and growth workflows‍What you’ll doYou’ll own Existing Partner Growth (EPG) as a product domain, with accountability for outcomes, not just execution.Specifically, you will:Own the end-to-end consumer growth funnel, including: Audience reach and engagementStorefront clarity and conversionCheckout and pricing mechanicsRetention, repeat behavior, and expansionIdentify, prioritize, and sequence the highest-leverage growth opportunities for existing partnersTurn bespoke or high-touch growth wins into repeatable, scalable platform capabilitiesDesign systems that balance: Consumer trust, motivation, and loyaltyMerchant brand, economics, and bandwidthOperational and fulfillment constraintsPartner closely with Product, Engineering, Ops, and Marketing to deliver aligned, scalable solutionsExplore and apply AI-powered tools to improve content quality, personalization, and internal workflows where appropriate‍What success looks likeIn the first 3-6 months, you will:Establish clear ownership and strategy for existing partner growthShip 1–2 scalable growth systems that materially improve partner outcomesReduce reliance on manual, bespoke growth effortsCreate alignment across the company around what best-in-class partner growth looks like at Table22Bring clarity to which growth levers matter most — and why‍Ideal background7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of growth or revenue outcomesExperience in B2B2C, marketplaces, or multi-sided platformsProven track record of building scalable growth systems, not just features or campaignsStrong cross-functional experience working with Ops, Sales, Marketing, and EngineeringFamiliarity with subscription, membership, or recurring revenue modelsCuriosity and hands-on experience using AI tools for content generation, workflow automation, or product experimentation‍If this role sounds exciting to you, send a quick introduction and your resume to careers@table22.com.
