Your impact

Truehold is seeking entrepreneurial Canvassers to help lead the charge in bringing our transformative Sale Leaseback SFR acquisition platform to more doorsteps. This role is part of an exciting new initiative to bring a proven sales model to a new industry - Sale Leasebacks. The ideal candidates have either proven experience canvassing products (door-to-door) to hit quota, or a track record of impressive hustle and elite people skills. This is a great opportunity to work with an institutional investment fund and gain experience in real estate, sales, and proptech.

You’ll own

• Canvassing: We generate lists of addresses who are neighbors of existing Truehold customers with whom we have already transacted. Knock on Doors with the intention of generating opportunities from Truehold to make offers to purchase homes, and then lease them back to sellers
• Marketing & Sales Savvy: Master our script and marketing language to communicate the Truehold value proposition
• Continuous Process Improvement: Participate in focus groups as we seek to refine our door-to-door approach to help you sell more
• Growth: Based on your own success, recruit and train additional team members to bring the Truehold value proposition to more door steps

You bring

• Enthusiasm, positive outlook and the drive to knock on doors. Experience in customer facing roles is a must.
• Ability to hustle within a flexible work structure - make your own hours and deliver results!
• Ability to empathize with people, exude confidence, instill trust, and make genuine connections
• Background in sales and customer service strongly preferred, extra bonus for experience in residential real estate
