Job Summary
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be a member of the professional services team helping drive outcomes for our clients. You will own the successful delivery of Urbint’s AI-powered technology to help our utility clients make communities safer and more resilient. We are looking for an action-oriented individual who is committed to truly understanding client needs. As a member of our Delivery Team, you will collaborate directly with our customers to define software requirements and understand client needs. Your role involves advocating for and articulating clients' needs to our internal R&D teams (including product development, software engineering, and machine learning) to contribute to the delivery of innovative product solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Become a subject matter expert on Urbint’s products, including understanding how artificial intelligence can be used in the utilities industry to drive our client’s desired outcomes
- Establish strong client relationships by actively engaging in regular communication, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring a collaborative approach throughout the delivery process.
- Assist in the entire end-to-end customer delivery process, encompassing project management, defining future processes, outlining product requirements, conducting user training sessions, and addressing any additional tasks necessary for a successful delivery engagement.
- Perform customer data analysis and build reports for customer product data
- Own the configuration of Urbint applications including integration configuration
- Support the development and delivery of customized training materials for customer solutions
- Manage, triage and troubleshoot user acceptance testing
- Clearly capture and articulate client needs to our R&D team (product, software engineering, machine learning) to influence the direction of Urbint’s new product features
Who You Are
- 0-4 years of experience in technology, engineering, or analytics related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Systems Integration, Statistics or another related degree
- Knowledge of APIs, SQL, databases and general technologies
- Familiarity performing business analysis
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- High degree of accountability
- Willingness to travel (~50%)
- Knowledge of visualization and data prep tools are a plus
- Formal project management training is a plus
- Utility or Energy related field experience is a plus

Compensation:
Base Salary: $85,000 to $115,000
