As an Information Technology Specialist , you will be the first point of contact for our internal customers, ensuring high‑quality IT support and a positive service experience. You will take ownership of service desk tickets, resolving issues within agreed SLAs while understanding business needs and supporting wider IT teams with both remote and hands‑on activities.
Please note, that this role requires an onsite presence 5 days per week.
What You’ll Do
Take responsibility for the timely resolution of service desk tickets in line with agreed SLA's.
Understand the internal customer and dynamics of the business in order to provide exceptional customer service.
Management of customer expectations regarding IT service and solutions delivery.
Timely resolution of Service Desk Tickets within defined SLA.
Prioritize and escalate tickets in accordance with agreed SLA's.
Support wider IT teams and local site demands where hands-on requirements are needed.
Strict adherence of standard operating instructions and procedures
What You’ll Bring
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role working onsite with internal customers
Experience working with Intel-based PC hardware, architecture, and operating systems
Extensive experience with Apple (Mac) hardware, architecture, and operating systems
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and technologies
Experience working with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra)
Experience working with Microsoft Autopilot, Intune, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Basic understanding of IP-based networks
Strong customer focus with the ability to build trusted relationships
Excellent communication skills, both English and Hungarian
Nice to Have
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM or similar service desk tools
Understanding of data center infrastructure (physical and virtual environments)
Cybersecurity awareness or foundational knowledge
