• Ensure thorough project preparation for The Kiel Group's design team of three designers to guarantee each staging project is ready for installation.
• Assist the design team on-site with organization, decor styling, and crew management when the designer is unavailable.
• Communicate needs to the scheduler, adhering to agreed-upon deadlines negotiated between sales, scheduling, and the client.
• Execute design projects effectively.
• Manage the installation crew during transit and on-site.
• Assist in completing installations within the designated timeframe (typically 3 to 5 days).
• Provide daily feedback and installation requirements to sales and scheduling prior to installation or changes.
• Photograph completed projects, including all rooms and products.
• Create detailed and organized inventory lists using provided templates, accounting for all installed items.
• Manage project close-out for the design team, including organizing project photos, inventory, and updating the online database.
• Collaborate with designers to complete required mood boards for client presentations.
